LE MOULIN A VIN, a French SASU represented by Cristina Araujo, is the controller for personal data processed through this website. For any privacy request, write to contact@lemoulinavin.com or to the registered office shown below. No data protection officer has been appointed.
Information collected through the enquiry form
The form stores your name, email address, selected interest and message. Telephone number, preferred date or period, number of guests and organisation are optional. The language used and the time the enquiry was received are also recorded. The anti-spam challenge, honeypot field and request identifier are checked technically but are not stored in the enquiry content. Please do not include sensitive information.
Administration and security data
The private administration area processes administrator account identifiers, password hashes, server-side sessions, login-attempt identifiers hashed from the account and IP address, and an audit log of important actions. The public rate limiter uses a hashed technical identifier in server memory to prevent abuse; the application does not store the visitor’s raw IP address in the enquiry record.
Purposes and legal bases
Enquiry data is used to reply, prepare a possible tasting or partnership and communicate with the person who contacted us. Requests relating to a service are processed in order to take pre-contractual steps at the person’s request. Service security, abuse prevention, administration and evidence of important administrative actions rely on LE MOULIN A VIN’s legitimate interests in protecting and operating the website. The website performs no automated profiling or marketing.
Recipients and technical providers
Enquiries are accessible only to authorised persons at LE MOULIN A VIN and to technical providers needed to host the website and deliver notification emails. HOSTINGER INTERNATIONAL LIMITED is the planned hosting provider. The production email provider has not yet been finalised and must be checked before launch. Personal data is not sold. Depending on the final technical provider and hosting configuration, processing outside the European Economic Area may occur only under an applicable legal transfer mechanism; no claim of an absence of transfers is made here.
Retention
Enquiries are automatically deleted by the application 1,095 days after receipt. Administrator sessions expire after 30 minutes of inactivity and no later than 8 hours after creation. Expired login-attempt records are removed after the 15-minute security window. Administrator accounts and audit entries are retained for the needs of site administration and security and must be reviewed periodically. Hosting and email providers may apply their own documented technical-log retention periods.
Cookies and local storage
The public website does not currently use advertising or audience-measurement trackers. The mav_lang cookie remembers the language you select for up to 12 months. Session storage is used only to coordinate visual intro and page transitions and is cleared with the browsing session. The private administration area uses an essential, HttpOnly and SameSite=Strict session cookie. These mechanisms are necessary for the requested preference, security or interface operation and do not require a public consent banner.
External services
No social-media widget, external map or third-party video player is embedded in public pages. WhatsApp, Google reviews, Instagram and TikTok are contacted only when you choose to follow the corresponding external link. The official Google reviews connection is currently not configured; if enabled later, the website server would request reviews from Google without loading a Google widget in the visitor’s browser.
Your rights
Depending on the processing concerned, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of your personal data. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting prior processing. Contact contact@lemoulinavin.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL, at www.cnil.fr.
